Lovely La Vie – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece you purchase from Lovely La Vie. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange under the following guidelines:
Return & Exchange Window
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- After 14 days, all items are considered final sale.
Condition Requirements
- All items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Items must be free of deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Clearance items
Important Notes
- Once tags are removed, the item becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
- Lovely La Vie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
